Yan Hong Tan joined Axiom Asia in 2022 as a Legal Counsel in the Legal & Compliance Team. Prior to joining Axiom, Yan Hong was a Practising Lawyer at WongPartnership LLP where she advised on public and private M&A transactions across a range of industries and general corporate and commercial matters. She was responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, as well as leading and conducting legal due diligence exercises.

Yan Hong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from University of Cambridge and a Juris Master (LL.M.) from Tsinghua University. She is fluent in English and Chinese.
